Ivy will give full support of Ivy products including pre-sales, during delivering, and after sales. Ivy will be full responsible for our products;

Detail Approach:  

Deliver the spare parts on time to meet the customer requirements and keep contact with customers;

Based on Nanjing, we build the service locations including Shenzhen, Xiameng, Jinan, Yiwu, Urumqi, Chengdu, Zhengzhou, Dalian and so on;

For oversea customer, Ivy will sign technician to the customer’s place for installation assistance if needed. When the usage number of Ivy’s door reaches more than 1000 bus-set, Ivy will set service center or authorize 3rd part service center to do the service.
